Originally our mission here was to provide a home for the Nario Family and friends to communicate. You can see our original mission statement here (in our About page).
We have expanded that to turn it into a site to find people anywhere in the world with surname NARIO. As a result we are working on adding multi-lingual capabilities.

English and Spanish are spoken here – and using Google we can understand each other in any other languages. (thank you Google Translate).
Se habla Ingles y Espanol aqui – y usando Google podemos enteendernos en otros idiomas.
For native Spanish speakers we have the Gaceta Mundial De Nario, and this one in English.
This blog was originally created for use as a vehicle for communication between family and friends from Spain, Cuba and the United States.
Starting the First of September 2010 we’re going to convert this into a vehicle to be used anywhere in the world where anyyone with the surname Nario can communicate with and learn about each other. Whether to satisfy the curiosity of the origin of the name or try to find and contact relatives or friends called Nario is your choice.
There is also a newsletter in English & Spanish coming up (there is an Français and Italian planned).
The home for all of this is www.nario.com – but in here, at this address, we can gather to gossip around the world.
Family members in the past from several parts of the United States, Spain and Cuba used to gather. Going forward we can find and share photos, writing, music … and also gossip about the Nario name or whatever suits your fancy.
It is part of the conglomerate nario.com Enterprises, which owns more than 200 sites on the Internet. To contact us visit that site or write to “nario at nario.com” (NARIO at nario.com).
Created by Jorge Nario and Eugenio Acevedo.
I’m fluent on both English and Spanish and can read French and understand Italian. I ask only patience, although I was born and grew up speaking Spanish (in Cuba) from 15 years old, plus a year in Spain the majority of my life has been living and speaking English.
At 15 I came to acquire a Spanish accent living in Madrid, now not sure what my accent is.
When posting or emailing me in any language besides English, patience is necessary on your part because I write using a keyboard that has no Spanish accent or Ñ or other special characters
