Hi this is our event calendar. Click on event to see more details. The Calendar is update able by all of us. See Update Instructions below the calendar.[scroll down].

Instructions to Add New Event to The Calendar :
[First time, it might be convenient to cut and paste instructions and have next to you]

  1. Login as usual
  2. Select Site Admin from right bar (unless you are there already)
  3. Click on “Posts” section (the one on the left – NOT the quickpost window on right!)  then click “Add New” under Posts(on left).
  4. Add (type in) a title (name of event), example “Mike’s Birthday”
  5. Add(type in) the content of the entry, example “Mike turns 65 today.”
  6. Optional: You can photos and videos to a calendar event just like any other post
  7. Scroll to the bottom of page
  8. Click on “+” sign button — you will see a start & end date & time fields
  9. You can either type in date & time OR better yet click the “…” buttons to show a pop-up calendar first to add start date/time & then to add end date/time.
  10. Go back to top of page and hit the rounded “PUBLISH”  or  ”UPDATE POST” button.
  11. Come back to this page, move calendar to that month and you should see your entry on that date.
